Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions
1.1. This policy sets out how the personal data of users of akashics.ru (the "Website") is processed by the operator, Elena Mikhailovna Narcheva (taxpayer ID 525623617559), the "Operator", in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".
1.2. By using the Website, registering on it or placing an order, the user consents to the processing of their personal data on the terms of this policy.
2. What data we process
Name; email address; Telegram username (if provided); phone number (if provided); details of orders, payments and session bookings; learning progress; technical data needed for the Website to work (IP address, browser type, cookies).
3. Why we process it
To register users and give access to the account and learning programmes; to book consultations and stay in touch about them; to accept payments and fulfil our obligations under the agreement; to send order notifications and, with separate consent, newsletters; to improve the Website.
4. Legal grounds
The consent of the data subject; performance of an agreement to which the data subject is a party; compliance with legal obligations.
5. How data is processed and stored
5.1. The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure.
5.2. Data is kept no longer than its purposes require, or until consent is withdrawn. The Operator does not receive or store payment details (card numbers, wallet details); these are handled by the payment services.
5.3. Data is not shared with third parties except where needed to perform the agreement (payment and email services) or where required by law.
6. Signing in with other services
When you sign in with Google, VK ID, Yandex ID or Apple, the Website receives your name, email address and, if available, profile picture from that service. They are used only to create and identify your account.
7. User rights
Users may request information about how their data is processed, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw their consent by contacting the Operator through the contacts listed on the Website. Requests are answered within 10 working days.
8. Cookies
The Website uses cookies needed for signing in and checkout and, if enabled, the Yandex.Metrica analytics service. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but some features of the Website may stop working.
9. Changes to this policy
The Operator may change this policy. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website.
