Public offer to enter into an agreement for information and consulting services

1. General provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer made by Elena Mikhailovna Narcheva (taxpayer ID 525623617559), hereinafter the "Provider", to any adult individual with full legal capacity, hereinafter the "Client". It contains all the essential terms of the agreement for information and consulting services.
1.2. The offer is accepted by paying for the services or, for free programmes, by registering on akashics.ru and starting the programme. The agreement is concluded from the moment of acceptance.
1.3. The services are informational, consultative and educational. They are not medical, psychological or legal help and do not replace it. The Provider does not guarantee that any particular event will happen in the Client's life.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Provider delivers the services the Client chooses on the website: individual consultations (sessions) and/or access to online learning programmes (courses). The Client pays for them on the terms of this offer.
2.2. The content, scope, format and price of each service are those shown on its page at the time of payment.
3. How the services are delivered
3.1. Individual sessions take place online at a time agreed by both parties. A session can be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before it starts.
3.2. Access to an online programme opens in the Client's account once payment is received (for instalment plans, after the first payment). With instalments, access to the materials may be paused until the next payment arrives.
3.3. Programme materials are for the Client's personal use only. Sharing access with others, copying or distributing the materials is prohibited.
4. Price and payment
4.1. Prices are shown on the website in roubles. Payment is made through the payment services offered on the checkout page, including cryptocurrency. Payment details are processed by those services and are not passed to the Provider.
4.2. When paying in instalments, the Client agrees to make the payments according to the schedule shown when placing the order.
5. Refunds
5.1. The Client may cancel the services by notifying the Provider. The refund is reduced by the cost of services already delivered and of programme materials already opened at the time of cancellation.
5.2. A refund request is sent to the Provider through the contacts listed on the website. Refunds are made within 10 working days, by the same method used for payment, unless the parties agree otherwise.
6. Liability
6.1. Any decisions the Client makes after a consultation are made independently and at the Client's own responsibility.
6.2. The Provider is not liable if the services cannot be delivered for reasons beyond the Provider's control, including outages of the Internet or third-party services.
7. Other terms
7.1. The Provider may change the terms of this offer. A new version applies from the moment it is published on the website and does not affect services already paid for.
7.2. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
